In 2023, Vivid Sydney’ is going to be bigger, better and brighter than ever before – Everybody is really excited . It will have on offer the amazing Light Walk, which is a massive 8.5km adventure. Covering the following areas.
Circular Quay, The Rocks, Barangaroo, Darling Harbour, Darling Square, Darling Quarter, The Goods Line and Central Station.
Come & see the city anew with 57 light attractions, including 26 international works and the largest installation to date, The Last Ocean by American artist Jen Lewin.
Lights will also take over Taronga Zoo with Wild Lights and The Royal Botanic Gardens Sydney with Lightscape, the world-famous spellbinding 2.1km experience arriving to Sydney for the very first time.
Lights- will also go underground. For the first time ever Sydney has opened up its old underground disused rail tunnel network. A key piece of Sydney’s history is about to be unlocked for this year’s Vivid festival. Underneath Wynyard station in a one-of-a-kind exhibition – a real surprise feature will unfold.
There is also going to be VIVID food – delighting your taste buds everywhere you go and VIVID entertainment for everybody to enjoy.

Enjoy a day trip to the Blue Mountains, best known for their soaring sandstone ridges and charming mountain towns.
Starting with an early morning pick-up, the tour will then set off westward to spend as much time possible in the Blue Mountains, traveling through high mountain ranges and into the very heart of the region. Taking in a selection of unique lookout points surrounding Jamison Valley, you’ll be able to marvel at the vast, jaw-dropping valley views and at the beauty of the Three Sisters and listen to informative commentary from local Blue Mountain guides.
A Scenic World pass included in this tour, permits access to three, amazing sightseeing rides and a guided boardwalk journey through the rainforest!
Discover stunning views of the World Heritage-Listed Blue Mountains from The Skyway, see Katoomba Falls and ride on the steepest railway in the world. The 510 metre Scenic Cableway journey gently descends into the Jamison Valley and returns to the top of the escarpment.
The fully enclosed cabin is a unique vantage point for viewing iconic rock formations including Three Sisters, Orphan Rock and Mt Solitary. Passing closely by sheer sandstone cliffs, it showcases the renowned geology and geomorphology of this World Heritage region.

Free Morning today – sleep late after a big day out yesterday – then climb back onboard your Hop on / Hop Off bus and continue to explore. Ride the opposite route to which you did on Thursday – or maybe catch the ferry out to Manly and relax at the beach for the day.
An opportunity is available – for anybody who wishes to go to the afternoon matinee performance – of ‘Tina the Musical’. (optional extra – but we will pre purchase your tickets in advance if you opt to do this)
This evening, we dine inhouse together – then if you wish, take a late-night stroll around Circular Quay or the Opera House – taking in the city lights one more time.

After breakfast, we depart the hotel and transfer out to Sydney Airport. Depart Sydney on Air New Zealand flight NZ104 at 11.55am, arrive Auckland at 5.05pm.
Then we return you home after being WoW’ d – like only Sydney can.
