Your safety and that of our staff is always uppermost of mind and we promise to be pro active and ever vigilant to prevent the spread of this virus.
Currently we continue to practice high levels of health and safety precautions and being extremely proactive with our procedures to ensure that the highest level of hygiene and infection control standards are maintained while on tour. My background has been in health care and I am a little OTT about this. Disinfectants and antibacterial sprays are used continuously in the vehicles throughout our trips & tours. Handwashing is definitely encouraged and the use of antibacterial gel is available on our bus and we request our suppliers and contractors to oblige with such supply.
We guarantee to keep our groups small. The use of face masks is now mandatory within our vehicles and in any situation where you are among groups of strangers.
We all have been learning a lot about contagion in the last few weeks. Please be reassured that, moving forward, our guides will not take tours if they feel unwell or have any cold or flu symptoms. We ask the same of you as a courtesy to your fellow travellers.
If you have returned from overseas travel in the last 4 weeks, we ask you to let us know and avoid travelling on our Tours until further notice.
We are reviewing our travel arrangements daily upon more news being released.
If you would like to cancel your upcoming tour / trip please consider that our booking Terms & Conditions still apply.
If in the near future we are notified by the Authorities that we must not undertake travels, we will postpone our Tours and transfer your booking and amount paid to a new date.
These are unprecedented times. All decisions will be made with you the customers, health & wellbeing in mind. Please be reassured that your safety is foremost in our thoughts and integral in any decision process.
